Devotion to the Child Jesus is a long-standing tradition in the Catholic faith. To this day, Carmelite Sisters dress the original Infant of Prague statue in ornate robes, as a way to emphasize his real humanity. The robes themselves indicate his priestly, and royal majesty.
This handmade vestment will perfectly adorn a 16” Infant of Prague statue. This vestment fits the 16-inch Infant of Prague Statue with Plaster Crown and 16-Inch Infant of Prague Statue with Gold Crown. The vestment is available in a variety of colors, representing the different liturgical seasons. Made of satin fabric with delicate lace and metallic trim.
