International Economy Shipping & Handling:
For International Economy shipping options using either FedEx or UPS; please call Customer Service at 877-700-5378 or 208-292-0854 for pricing. Customer will be responsible for all customs and duties charges that may apply.

The shipping chart represents charges for most items on our website. For oversized items, you will be charged the shipping charge based on weight/destination for the items. In that event, we will contact you with the total shipping charge.

Please remember that in addition to the shipping time, there is also an order processing time. Items generally ship within 2-3 business days of the receipt of the order unless special expedited service has been arranged or if the item is backordered. If an item is backordered, we will notify you within 3-5 days of the order date. Backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Normally, backordered items will take additional 10-12 business days to ship. Please note that we do not charge extra shipping on backordered items.

QuickShip products have the fastest processing time available and are guaranteed to ship within two to three business days. Please note that selecting a QuickShip product does not reduce shipping time. To get your QuickShip product as soon as possible, we suggest upgrading your shipping method.

Inventory Policy

Please note that item availability as listed on our website is not guaranteed. While we do our best to adhere to these estimates, unexpected fluctuations in supply can result in us being unable to fulfill an order in its entirety. If we cannot fulfill your order in full we will ship the balance of our inventory and refund the difference to you at the time of shipment.

Notes on shipping options

Free shipping offers apply to domestic shipments only. Shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are listed below:

2-day and Next Day Shipping Prices for shipping 2-day or Next Day will be calculated on a per-item basis, depending on where the items are located. Items may be shipped Fedex or UPS. 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

These orders are processed the next business day after they are placed. If you place your order on Friday and require 2-day or Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be shipped on the following Monday. All Rush Orders (2-day Air, Next Day, & Priority) require 1-day processing. However, should you require expedited order processing, please call us at 877-700-5378 and option 2 to speak to a Customer Service Representative and we will do the best to accommodate your request.
USPS International shipping Most economical shipping method for small packages addressed outside of the United States. Packages shipped International First Class mail are not tracked. Delivery times for international shipments using U.S. Parcel Post are influenced by many factors, including length of time in customs, and therefore are difficult to estimate. We will supply customers with the USPS Customs Declaration for reference.

Processing time of an international order is usually 7 - 14 business days. Some orders may be held up pending verification of the credit card. We recommend using PayPal to avoid delays. Please allow approximately 1 - 6 weeks for delivery.
International Economy shipping Please call for rates on International Economy shipping. Prices for shipping International Economy will be calculated on a per-item basis, depending on where the items are located. Items may be shipped Fedex or UPS. Within 5 business days from the date of shipment.

When your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail that will include your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail indicating what items have been shipped. This e-mail is separate from the order confirmation e-mail you will receive immediately after placing your order. There are circumstances that may cause your order to be delayed, particularly rare manufacturing delays and seasonal demands (Christmas/Spring Sacramental seasons.) We cannot offer refunds for items that you did not receive by the time you needed them UNLESS you contact us first to obtain availability information and arrange for a specific "deliver by date." Please contact us and in most case we can accommodate your needs. If we do not hear from you, we will not know that you needed the order on a specific date.

We try to contact customers as soon as possible if we anticipate a major delay (of a week or more) in shipping their order. However, as much as we try, there are times (such as the peak times of the year) that we may not be able to anticipate every delay and contact each customer immediately. If you do not receive your item within the general 5-10 business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays) and we have not contacted you, please feel free to contact us by email to check the status. Please remember that 6-10 days shipping time for First-Class mail is not a guarantee but a general time frame, especially during the Sacramental Season (First Communion, Confirmation).

Even if we do not have a specific item in stock, we may be able to offer for the item to be sent directly from the manufacturer (extra charges may apply) so that you receive it by the time you need it. Many customers arrange special shipping for items (including overnight, 2nd day, etc.) that are needed for special events.

Please remember that the shipping times noted in the chart above are in addition to the time when the item is scheduled to leave the warehouse. If an item is Backordered and you select Priority Mail for delivery, the package will not arrive in 2-3 days. It will arrive in 2-3 weeks PLUS the 2-3 days for delivery.

We cannot ship to Correctional Facilities or Prisons due to their policies.
We are not responsible for delays with FedEx, UPS, or the US Mail due to inclement weather.

Delivery Confirmation

We provide tracking numbers for most orders that are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. In the event we have to have one of our suppliers ship an item, we will receive tracking information from them when available.


Insurance

We do not provide courtesy insurance on orders. If you require insurance, we offer you the option to add insurance by contacting our Customer Support line at 877-700-5378. Charge for insurance is 30% over the cost of the order (excluding shipping and taxes If you elect to not buy insurance for items over $100, your order will not be replaced or refunded if the items do not arrive or are damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Overseas

We do include all customs forms, but we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that some countries may require. We take great care to package, postage and fill out all required forms for international delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur outside of the United States, and can offer no refunds for lost or damaged orders being shipped overseas. This includes all countries outside of the Continental US, but does not include American military addresses. Please allow approximately 1 - 6 weeks for delivery on orders.

Inaccurate Addresses

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with an inaccurate address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned to us because of an inaccurate address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
