If you have not received your order, you must contact us within 30 days of the ship date. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED FIRST, BY CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL
OR CALLING 877-700-5378 DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. EASTERN). Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number for you to attach to the returned item. Orders returned without a Return Authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). You may return it within 30 days of original ship date for a full refund less shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please see below for a list of items that cannot be canceled or returned.
Please inspect your order immediately when you receive them. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt in order to obtain a Return Authorization number. To help us understand the damage, we ask that you take a photo of the item and send it to: [email protected]
. All damaged items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the receiving the Return Authorization from us, in its original carton. The new items will ship, and/or necessary refunds processed, once we have received the return items.
We can cancel an order if it has not been shipped and refund your payment. If shipped, we can only accept it as a return. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
