Our St. Thomas More Oxidized Medal commemorates the meaningful life of the Catholic martyr Thomas More whose absolute faith cost him his life. The patron saint of attorneys and politicians, St. Thomas More was an accomplished scholar, writer, and lawyer. Catholic prayers are usually sent to him by those experiencing hardship in their marriages, as well as big families, since St. Thomas had been widowed twice, leaving him with four children.
But what makes the Catholic saints life remarkable is his conviction against divorce while also refusing to give up his beliefs for the king. Because of this, the Catholic servant was imprisoned and beheaded for treason. It is with the St. Thomas More Oxidized Medal that we honor his memory and emulate his values.
