The first US Citizen to be canonized, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and helped Italian-American immigrants. On the front of the medal is an image of Morther Cabrini seated with the words St. Frances Mother Cabrini around the edge. On the back is engraved "Pray for Us".
