Saint Jose Maria Escriva was a Spanish Roman Catholic priest who founded Opus Dei, an organization of laypeople and priests dedicated to the teaching that everyone is called to holiness by God and that ordinary life can result in sanctity.

He was called the "saint of the ordinary" by John Paul II because, through his homilies and writings, he encouraged people of all vocations to find ways to encounter Christ in the everyday work of daily life. His feast day is June 26.

This oxidized Medal features the face of this great 20th century saint. On the back of the medal the words “Pray for us” are stamped, invoking the intercession of this holy saint. The link at the top allows for it to be easily attached to a necklace, scapular, or rosary.

Chain sold separately.
