UPS Shipping options (available at Step 2 of Checkout):
UPS Ground - $9.75
UPS 2-Day Air, 2 business days - $28.99
UPS 3-Day Air, 3 business days - $24.99
We make every attempt to ship items in a timely manner. In stock items
are usually shipped with 24 hours, sometimes the same day.
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. However, some special orders may
require additional ship time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct shipping
address. Any orders that have the wrong or incomplete address which are
returned to us will incur an additional shipping charge to reship.
All UPS address corrections will result in an additional shipping charge as
well as an automatic $6.00 service charge for shipping redirection.
Same dayship means the item is shipped that day if ordered before 3:00pm E.S.T.
We cannot ship to Correctional Facilities or Prisons due to their policies.
We are not responsible for delays with UPS or the US Mail due to inclement weather.
If we do not have your specific item in stock, we may be able to have the
item drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer (extra charges will
apply) so that you can receive your product when desired. We will arrange
special shipping for items (including overnight, 2nd day, etc.) that are
required for a special gift or event.
You will receive an e-mail that will include your order confirmation and
another e-mail indicating time of shipment. This e-mail is separate from
the initial e-mail you will receive immediately after placing your order.
Please do not hesitate to contact us sooner for immediate status on your
order.
The majority of shipments are mailed via US MAIL. While we initiate
efforts to ship your items in a timely manner, however, we cannot be held
responsible for misdirected mail.
Some items have a much higher weight than others and will incur a higher shipping fee.
In that event we will contact you with the total amount.
Periodically our ship time may require 5-9 days.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Note: If you place your order after
1 PM Thursday or Friday and require 2-day Air Shipping, the order will be
shipped on the following Monday, (NOT Saturday).
All Rush Orders (2-day Air, 3-day Air, & Priority) requires 1-day
processing, however, should you require immediate assistance, please call
us and let us know.
International Orders:
Basic Shipping Cost: 9.99
For orders over $100 we will ship Priority Mail with Insurance.
We will contact you with the amount of shipping.
We usually ship orders in 2-3 days, International shipping time from when it leaves our warehouse is usually between 7-15 business days.
Due to the inability of international banks to verify billing and shipping information, as well as fraud,
some orders may be held up pending verification of the credit card. We recommend using PayPal to avoid delays,
and in the event we cannot verify the card.
To speed up the handling of the order, you can fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement.

We also will be using Insurance and will be registering the package were available. This will ensure that your
shipment will be much safer and have a much better chance of arriving safely. There are some fees attached which
we will notify you of. We do include all customs forms, but we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that some countries may require.
We take great care to package, postage and fill out all required forms for international delivery, but we cannot be held responsible
for any damages or losses that occur outside of the United States, and can offer no refunds for lost or damaged orders being
shipped overseas. This includes all countries outside of the Continental US, but does not include American military addresses.
