Volume Discounts are available if you are
considering ordering a quantity of an item.
Volume discounts can be given a 10% - 25% discount, and can only be applied to certain items. Clearance items are deeply
discounted and cannot be discounted further.
All orders must be prepaid, and we cannot
accept returns on any unsold items.

Discount Catholic Products is committed to providing you with the best
quality merchandise that we can.
Customer Service is our number one priority.
In order to serve you best, please observe our policies:
Returns and Cancellations
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please
contact us within 7 of days of purchase for a refund. Returns must be
received within 30 days from the shipped date. If your purchase
arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days and we
will give you details on shipping the item back. We will replace the damaged
item with no additional shipping charge, minus the shipping, if returned within
7 days of purchase. All returned items must be returned in original carton and in original
condition.
If you have not received your order, you must contact us within 30 days of the ship date.
Any items returned without an authorization will be returned to sender.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Engraved items cannot be canceled.
All Seasonal items (Christmas, Communion, etc) must be returned within 30 days.
All SPECIAL ORDER returns (Items ordered in quantity of 10 or more) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable or cannot be canceled:
The 22KT and 14KT
Gold Rosaries are custom made to order and given a life time guarantee, all
sales are final.
14 KT gold medals and chains. All Engraved items. Engraved metals have a lifetime manufacturers warrantee and can only be replaced.
All 14KT Gold items are made to order, all sales final.
All Clearance items: All sales are final. Clearance items are non-refundable & non-returnable.
All Rings are made to order per size and cannot be returned.
All Wedding Rosaries are not returnable.
All Remembrance Cross sales are final and cannot be returned.
Stations of the Cross Plaques are special order only and cannot be returned
All seasonal items which include Communion, Easter and Christmas items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within 1 year from purchase. All gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase.
Indoor/Outdoor Statues, Communion Dresses and Nativity sets are final and can not be returned.
All Mass Kits, Sick Call sets and Sick Call Crucifixes and all Crosses or Crucifixes over 36"
inches.
We can cancel an order if it has not been shipped and give you a refund. If shipped, we can only accept it as a
return.
Please send us your cancellation in writing via email or fax.
There is a 5% bank charge for cancelled items that were purchased with a
credit card.
Returned Check Fee
In the event of a returned check, there will be a $20.00 bank fee.

destinations! We will not display any pricing or shipping cost information or a
packing slip.
You can Add Gift Wrapping for any item for $1.99.

Gifts with engraving take a little longer to process so please allow for extra time.

International Shipment Policy
In order to properly deliver your
merchandise, please pay careful attention to the accuracy of the shipping
address and make sure it is complete. We will email you a confirmation
verifying your address and order. Please be aware that the cost of shipping can vary widely. The $9.99 charge is an average, and depending on your location, and the size and weight of the package,
there can be an additional charge, in which case we will contact you. If you need to cancel your order, we will
refund the amount of your order minus a 5% fee and minus the shipping charges.
Please Note: We are not responsible for orders lost while shipping overseas.
Duties/Taxes
We at Discount Catholic Products are not responsible for payment of duties/taxes that may be imposed upon
receipt of imported products. The customer, or the receiver of the products in the receiving country is responsible for any importing fees their country
